| 1. Close down the MultiRIP GP (Direct-to-Garment) Interface and turn off all the other software programs you are running on your computer. |

2. Completely uninstall the MultiRIP GP RIP Software by following these steps:
- Go into the Control Panel and remove the software through the Add / Remove or Program Features.
- Go into the Printers & Faxes folder. Delete all the MultiRIP and PowerRIP Print Queues & Print Drivers
- Go into your C:\Drive (Local Hard Disk) and delete all folders that contain the names MultiRIP or PowerRIP in the folder name.

| 3. Restart your computer. TURN OFF ANY ANTI-VIRUS OR PERMISSION BASED PROGRAMS. Some of programs will prevent the installer for writing the correct files into your System32 folder. Click here for more details. |

4. Download the latest version of the MultiRIP Software. You can do this by visiting www.multirip.com/download.html or click on the direct link below:

5. Properly install the correct format and version of the MultiRIP software. Failure to install the same version of the software will have the watermark reappear on your prints. Your Product Code will tell you what format and version of the software you have. Look at the 2nd through 4th letters and compare them to below:
_ M R G = MultiRIP GP (Direct-to-Garment)
Look at the first two numbers in your Product Code.
For the MultiRIP GP software:
01 = 1800, 1900, 2100, 2200, 4800 & 4880 Printers

| 6. Restart your computer. When your computer comes back you, you should have the latest version installed. Please check out the Version # Page to see which is the latest version. |
